Team rolls in Scrum
scrum is an agile project management framework that requires a team of roles to be successful. These roles are:
Product owner – responsible for the prioritization and monitoring of the backlog (task list) of the product. Scrum master – responsible for the implementation of the Scrum methodology and the support of the team at work on the processes. Development Team – responsible for the implementation of the tasks from Backlog and the creation of a functioning and available product.
It is important to note that all members of the Scrum team have to work closely and communicate continuously in order to achieve the best possible result.
