What is Scrum?

Scrum is based on an iterative and incremental approach, in which the project team works in close cooperation with the customer to achieve a high-quality result.

The Scrum framework consists of roles (Product Owner, Scrum Master , Development team), artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Increment) and events (sprint, sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, sprint retrospective).

scrum promotes a culture of transparency, inspiration And adaptation in which problems can be quickly identified and solved in order to achieve an optimal result for the project team and the customer.
