What is Scrum?
Scrum is an agile project management framework that was originally developed for software development. However, it can also be used in other industries and types of project. Scrum is based on an iterative and incremental approach, in which the project team works in close cooperation with the customer to achieve a high-quality result.
The Scrum framework consists of roles (Product Owner, Scrum Master , Development team), artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Increment) and events (sprint, sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, sprint retrospective).
